The C-Class was a replacement for W201 and the smallest model in the line-up. It was produced mainly in Germany, but also other countries. It was available with a 4Matic four-wheel drive since 2002. The C-Class is the only one from Mercedes to be with multi-valve engines.
W202 was in production from 1993 to 2002, available as a four-door sedan and five-door wagon. The W203 was in production from 2000 to 2007, also presenting diesel models with common rail direct fuel injection.
W204 was in production from 2007 to 2014, and it was sold in almost all the countries in Europe. Its platform was used for the C-Class coupe introduced in 2015.
W205 has been in production since 2014.
