Audi 90 was the more expensive version of Audi 80. However, all sedans from the B4 generation were also named Audi 90. In 1987 Audi 90 was again introduced with ten valves inline five-cylinder petrol engine with an option for Quattro. It is with a full-width tail-light panel, different front grille, and better headlights. The indicator lamps are placed to the bumpers close to the fog lights. They were also with more equipment than Audi 80. They had side rubbing strips, velour seats, boot spoiler, alloy wheels, sports seats in the front side, ABS and steering wheel from leather. The models produced from 1989 to 1991 were with 20 valve engine with 168bhp and 2.3 liters.
